Portable, On-Site Production

We aim to transform the current ways of humanitarian logistics by disrupting and improving supply chains through the use of technology, especially portable 3D printers & 3D scanners. MetaMetry is now transforming how aid is provided by moving manufacturing to where items are needed and training others in these skills. We are able to demonstrate its potential in the health and sanitation sectors, and have identified demand for other responses with our developed capacity. The most important thing is the idea that humanitarian supplies can be made in the field, using modern technology to make products that help people who are suffering from crisis. We can create immediate support structures and lift heavy debris caused by building collapse or natural disasters. Additionally, we can provide COVID equipment and other essential medical supplies (like body cast) when the need demands.

Camp & Telecommunication Support

We produce parts that are designed to protect displaced people in disaster shelters and provide essential power when power grids are compromised. We offer solar cells, portable generators, battery packs and wind turbines. This is is especially important when shelters have medical wards, where electronics has to be up 24 hrs to sustain life supporting equipment and monitors. In addition to shipping food supplies, we provide designs for hydroponics to grow plants without soil, passive filters for clean water and vertical farming. Our IT solutions are designed to deliver high-speed, broadband internet, even to places where access has been unreliable, too expensive, or completely unavailable. This is to ensure support and priority services for emergency responders around the globe.

Humanitarian Engineering & Medicine

We quickly deploy experienced people and the right technology so that genuine needs can be met regardless of the sector or challenge faced. We possess the capacity to meet unique needs and then take that to scale. To that end, we provide on-site training for medical and engineering equipment production/operation to provide the best support for everyone during hard times while giving the opportunity for locals to assist in the efforts and spread to other possible zones. We can help in manufacturing oxygen supply fittings, body braces, tweezers/forceps and low-cost prosthesis. We also consider mental health aspects, especially with children. Thus, we design baby cribs, play pens and toys to help alleviate some of the stress.

Using an iterative process, we take into consideration both technology and how people can benefit from its proper use. We work closely with end-users where they live and work to ensure viable impact. We employ disaster risk reduction plans and design for disaster while we connect with designers, philanthropists, citizens and corporations in an effort to create a better and a more sustainable world. We utilize the latest technologies in deployable, inflatable shelters/aids and UAV/robotic rescue units to overcome ordeals caused by natural or man-made disasters. Our mission is to offer creative design solutions and developments that contribute to the prevention, relief and recovery from the effects of disasters, create designs that ensure we are better prepared for disaster, and have stronger infrastructure, more developed methods to avoid damage, less suffering post-crisis and fewer death tolls.
